Refund policy
At The Lost Cove Co., we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below.
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Time Frame: Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized products.
Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, hats, underwear, swimwear, and similar items.
3. How to Request a Return or Store Credit
Prior to shipping anything back you must email info@lostcoveco.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order details and reason for exchange/return.
4. Return Process
Once your return is received, it will go through a quality control inspection. If the return passes the QC process a refund or store credit code will be issued.
All returns will be refunded to purchasing Credit Card, NO exceptions.
5. Shipping Costs
Initial Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Customers are financially responsible for shipping the items back to us.
6. Lost Packages and Stolen Packages/Items
The Lost Cove Co. will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages/items.
7. International Orders
For internationals orders, customers may be subject to additional custom duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.
Please note that delays caused by customs are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines for international shipments.
